Definition
Liquidity pools are areas where resting orders may cluster, often around obvious highs, lows, equal highs, equal lows, and clean support or resistance.
Why they matter
Markets often move toward liquidity because orders are needed for execution. This does not mean every sweep is manipulation or a reversal.
How to study
Mark obvious levels first. Then observe whether price accepts beyond them or rejects after taking liquidity.
